ZEETA Store provides secure and convenient electronic payment methods for customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The payment methods available to the customer will be displayed during the checkout process.<\/span><\/p>

1. Payment Methods<\/span><\/h3>

The following payment methods may be available on the store, depending on the options enabled at the time of purchase:<\/span><\/p>

  • Bank cards.<\/span><\/li>
  • Mada.<\/span><\/li>
  • Visa.<\/span><\/li>
  • Mastercard.<\/span><\/li>
  • Apple Pay.<\/span><\/li>
  • Bank transfer, where available.<\/span><\/li>
  • Payment or installment services available through the store, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Electronic Payments<\/span><\/h3>

    Electronic payments are processed through the approved payment service providers used by the store.<\/span><\/p>

    The store does not retain the customer’s complete bank card details except to the extent permitted by applicable laws and the relevant service provider. Payment information is processed in accordance with the security procedures implemented by the payment service provider.<\/span><\/p>

    If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the customer must transfer the order amount to the official bank account provided by the store.<\/span><\/p>

    The store is not responsible for any transfers made to unofficial accounts or to any entity not authorized by the store.<\/span><\/p>

    If a payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be considered paid until successful payment has been confirmed.<\/span><\/p>

    If the customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with the applicable Return and Refund Policy or as a result of order cancellation, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or through another legally appropriate method, subject to the procedures of the payment service provider and the customer’s bank.<\/span><\/p>

    The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.<\/span><\/p>
